OPENING HOURS AT MOULSHAM LODGE SURGERY We are open 8.00 am - 12.30 and 13.30 - 18.30 pm Monday to Friday - we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank/Public Holidays. Appointments are available during the hours listed below. You can book routine appointments up to four weeks in advance, or you can telephone at 8am to request a book-on-the-day appointment. To see a doctor or nurse please telephone us or come into the surgery to book an appointment.

If you feel that your condition could be dealt with over the telephone, please request a telephone consultation with the on-call doctor or one of our nurses.

Please DO NOT email requests for appointments as they may not be seen for some hours. If you require an appointment, please telephone us or come into the surgery.

Outside Surgery Hours

For urgent medical problems weekdays between 12.30 & 13.30, telephone the surgery number (01245 353182 for Moulsham and 01245 478040 for Galleywood) and you will be given the number for the on-call doctor.

If you telephone after 18.30 you will be asked to hang up and redial 111. This is the new NHS out of hours service for when you need medical help fast but it is not a life threatening situation. All calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.

If you have a life threatening emergency, please dial 999

North Chelmsford Walk-in-Centre (situated behind Sainsbury's in Springfield) is open 365 days between 08.00 & 20.00  Tel 0300 123 4466 - No need to book an appointment.
